Front van is probably a Leyland bus chassis ......definitely not an AEC .........I think the top badge may be Freighter ,they had a sort of winged badge for their busses..............back van is 8 stud wheels ,and I thought it might be a Bedford chassis ,but a Commer is also likely .....there were quite a few Commer busses about at one time.with the big petrol motor..............incidentally ,these big vans were always open at the top  with a tarp over ..

The winged Leyland badge is from the right era but is bigger (20" x 31/2") than what appears on the van. The Leyland diesel badge is later, introduced with the LAD cab (circa 1960?) and a longer version was used on the ergo cabs. Albion had their own engines at that time so used their own badge on the radiator filler. Leopard etc buses used 10 stud
