Morning all, Acar DC7564 was on here some time ago and has forgotten his password 

pretty sure he has sent through a request to get it reset but hasn't heard back 

Anyway I have his details and will pass them onto who ever can sort this for him

Hi,

no email has been received.

I have reset the account so try and follow the "Forgot your Password?" process if they are still using their     'r....j@hotmail.com'. 

If not then send an email to forum@hcvc.com.au

just messaged Rob and he still has the same email address. I got a call about it on the weekend but wasn't home to do anything about it.

I contacted him via text message to see if he got your email and will let you know when I hear back.

Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!

Terry, Did the email end j@hotmail.com or j02@hotmail.com? Apparantly access to the former was lost a few years back and unable to be recovered. This could be the main cause of the problem.

As an aside I don't seem to be able to add/fix users and as this is the first time I have needed to in about 10 years I don't think I need to so am not worried. I was just going to confirm which email address he had his user registered to. I don't want to add confusion by touching something someone else was in the middle of.

Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!

I have updated the email address to r....j02@hotmail.com and reset the password.

Bruce, Check Channel 40 for the password that you can pass on.

Bruce, you are just a mere mortal  without the mod level access to check on users.

I got a message to say thank you he is able to login. I responded giving you the credit for the hard work
